BRACKISH GROUNDWATER RECLAMATION PROGRAM

Please join the Water Replenishment District (WRD) and the City of Torrance to break ground on its Brackish Groundwater Reclamation Program (BGRP), which will enhance local water reliability by mitigating a brackish plume of groundwater. The key feature of BGRP is the Torrance Groundwater Desalter Expansion Project, which includes four new production wells, feedwater pipelines, and additional treatment capacity.
