The Watermaster assists the Court to administer and enforce the provisions of the Amended Judgments of the Central and West Coast Basins. The Watermaster structure includes three separate arms with distinct functions, including:
Administrative Body, which serves both the Central and West Coast Basins. The Water Replenishment District of Southern California was appointed by the court to fulfill this role
Water Rights Panel: the Central Basin and West Coast Basin each have their own Panel.
Storage Panel: is composed of each respective Water Rights Panel and the WRD Board of Directors, which together review and approve storage projects within each Basin.
Water Replenishment District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Water Replenishment District
has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and
commercial screen reading software. All features of the website are coded to allow individuals with vision and
