The five-year CIP includes new and ongoing projects and is used to describe desired projects and follow an adequate timeline for the review of preliminary planning and design by the WRD Board of Directors prior to establishing a construction schedule.
WRD’s five-year plan provides information to the public regarding the upcoming capital priorities and allows for multi-year financial planning to support these priorities. The District’s capital improvements focus on completing projects identified under the Water Independence Now (WIN) and WIN4ALL initiatives, as well as continued investment in WRD’s existing infrastructure to optimize performance and maximize production.
Water Replenishment District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Water Replenishment District
