Binhyen Bui currently serves as the Accounting Supervisor at the Water Replenishment District. Binhyen (Yen) manages and oversees accounting, participates in the preparation of financial analyses and reports. She leads the accounting team to develop the budget, and ensures all finance and administrative activities are in compliance with federal, state and local laws, codes, regulations and District policies.
Yen joined the Water Replenishment District as an Accounting Intern in 2002. With over 20 years working at the District, she has broad experience in all areas of accounting and accomplished numerous complex financial assignments including multiple awards related to District’s budgeting and Annual Comprehensive Financial Reports (ACFR).
Binhyen received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting from California State University Fullerton.
